Compromise
Some words went unnoticed,
Some voices went unheard,
But their echoes swing to and forth !
Some memories never had their share ,
Some feelings couldn’t find access,
But they do enter every thought !
Some tears never rolled down,
Some longings were never heard,
But they persistently invade every dsesire!
Some routes where never taken ,
But where always desired for !
Some things were never possessed,
But they always expected possessiveness !
Remember ,desires subdued can never be desires killed…
Compromises can never bring comfort…

When you ask doubts
Boss—“You are so stupid .Concentrate on the important things .Dont bother me with such silly questions of yours “
When you don’t—
Boss—“These things are for your benefit .Why are you sleeping .Wake up and clarify the points “
In a meeting ,when your silent
Boss—“If you don’t throw light ,how are we going to address your problems.”
When you raise your concerns
Boss—“We have our own limitations , sorry but we cant help you in this regard”
When you are late due to work pressure
Boss—“You need to work upon your efficiency .There are many more projects to be handled to you .This speed wont work .”
When you finish early
Boss—“I swear , never in my life I have seen anyone so eager to go home this early “
When you arrive a bit late
Boss –“Has your clock started losing time ? Need to be before time .This wont be tolerated again”

Boss--“ Need not come so early ,the work comes only after 12 :00 noon “.You can go for coffee”

Boss—“Learn to be independent , no more spoonfeeding now “

Knowledge Deficit
Fiscal Deficit is when the expected expenses of the government exceed its expected revenues. A deficit when accumulates over time becomes a debt..
Well the topic reads “Knowledge Deficit “ an unknown term and the description starts with “Fiscal Deficit “.
Working with the concept of analogies , am trying to introduce the concept of “Knowledge Deficit ‘ in the post recession 2008 era ,where even non economic people would have had certain clue of what economics and finance can do !!
Knowledge is power and since time memorial this proverb has proved its validity be it in the emergence of Europe dawned with the knowledge driven Renaissance or the amount of respect our reverend Prime Minister commands. Leave apart these , coming to a simpler concept the world around us is so comfortable for us ,because we built it from rags ,simply understanding the hidden facts and developing the Knowledge bank.
The high paying salaries to all the CEOs and big people is attribute to ?Hard Work !!! A rickshaw puller works harder and employs greater physical strength …
It’s the mental status attained by the immense knowledge beheld , be it via learning or via experience
The point tried to be put forward is there is no element existing in the present human civilization as it exists today ,which can stand as per “Knowledge “
So we need to consider that knowledge indeed is a vital resource and its absence or “ the difference between its required and present level “can indeed pose serious problems. The same way when deficit may get transformed into debt.
Seriously speaking ,what inspired me to write about this is the current trend of IT industry where in we don’t know anything .But somehow are supposed to do anything .And somehow do manage to do something (that something which satisfies the requirement well) and finally end with knowing nothing ,but having added to the experience count for doing something…
Confusing ……….
Even after being in an industry for a good enough time , if someone one develops upon certain managerial skills without any improvement on the knowledge bank ,I look upon this as a grave crime
Just imagine a MBBS hardly knowing anything , bt still involved in operations only because she /he was involved in previous operations which proved successful .
Had it not for the importance of knowledge the MBA guys wouldn’t be grilled .Intellect , hard work ,determination ,optimism are tested even before the entry into the profession.
All the biggies of the corporate world ,talk about the in-depth knowledge of the sphere they are working on.
0*0 = 0
0^0 = 0
0 + 0 = 0
All the elementary operations of arithmetic(as per my knowledge ) on 0 yield nothing. Implying that growth cannot happen if the platform is “0”.Confidence and smartness are only spice to add flavor .No one can fill stomach with simply attitude .
The opposite of knowledge is ignorance .The same ignorance which if parents have towards their child ,can destroy their kids. If governments have towards the understanding of their population can very well overthrow it , if people have regarding themselves can manifest and manipulate their confidence and self and which youngsters have towards lives can lead them to no where..
Just thought to cater the multidimensional nature of knowledge.

We have no calculating measures ,tools infact thoughts to give a glimpse of “knowledge deficit “ which indeed is a concern .
Just imagine a graduate failing to understand how the constitution of the country works relating to a big void in the entire educational system .This void has always been existent but never been realized.
An attempt from all of us may help to fill this void ,only for the realization that a little sapling sown today may yield something tomorrow…

One of the chief hypothesis propounded by the scientists studying the origin of universe is the existence of parallel universes..
The mysteries of time and universe are indeed too complicated and intertwined that scientists pointed out that possibly we have many other universes existing in a different dimension..
These things certainly go off my mind , but I often think ,”Many a times I had many paths ahead , I chose one what if I had chosen another one “…
And this happens to all of Us.. We do think “Had I done this ,I would be doing this now “
Well may be some part of space may be that course of life would be there

Had all the girls been as beautiful as Aiswarya Rai Bachhan what would happen ?
Well come on , I would be that beautiful ….Woo every girl would be flying in seventh heaven .Beauty as is longed so would fall down and make everyone complacent with pride and happiness..But if every one around us would have been that beautiful ,would their beauty be valued ..
Everywhere u look ,u find pretty face ,Would be so used to it .Hardly any new thing .Our minds would rot lacking innovation .Besides no excitement when a new girl joins a college ,class or office …She would be the same as all other !!! Absence of expressions like
“Dude he is going out with the hottest chick on the floor “”
“I am targeting the most beautiful ones , who cares about everyone “”
Shhh life would be so boring then ..Better have some spice and variety and beauty be the possession of only a small lot !!
What would have happened if Mohandas Karamchand Ghandi was not born in India.
The freedom struggle stories would have been completely different .The Currency notes printed in our nation would have had somebody else’s picture .The inspiration for many speeches in the nation and many movies would be void .And 2nd October wont be a national holiday !!!!!That would indeed be toooo tooooo bad …

We would be the masters of the world ..One generation of our would have earned to feed coming 4-5 generations!!!
But we would be the ones blamed for the environmental damages !!
Huh who bothers , we would have money power ,arms power to say “Shut up ,World and just follow us “
Cool na .life would have been so comfortable and no poverty ..New gadgets , new standards , no Hindu-Muslim riots ,no naxalism ..It would be peace all around ..

Bdw just imagine had the IT revolution not taken a good pace in India ---Hmmm serious problem. No jobs ,rampant corruption ,government struggling to provide employment and other means to the population. May be a new policy “Only one member of 3 generations is entitled to get a job “
How miserable .And with the population soaring high day and night , difficult to manage stuffs like banking and booking..Confusion , confusion ,fights and uhhhh..
I don’t want to think more about this ..

Hmmm pritvi hamari aunty hoti .And we would enjoy jumping every time .Flying as a passion would have been easily realized .Studied about earth in detail and God knows may come to earth to take water and spend a vacation in the deep seas ..Ahhh but that would mean spending a lot on travels as the earth is very beautiful and diversified to be viewed ..

Motivation
There are times when I feel totally lost .No hopes, dejection reached its epitome and certainly darkness all around. But with the slightest of senses on when I look around , the only thing which strikes me “mystical “.I just wonder when human beings evolved from the most primate form or descended to earth(Spiritual Belief) he practically had nothing.
“Nothing “ in the sense a complete void ,black hole kind.
And then today we are the rulers of the earth. Leave apart the biggest technologies advents and the recent digitized world. Man was even devoid of everything- no food , no shelter ,no clothes. I Am really amused how could he decipher that the very churning of intestine and something in the middle section of your body has got to do with feeding from mouth.
But then we live in the tall buildings, we have everything that makes us understand the world around us and we have well adjusted to it. There was no supernatural power which drove us to understand each little bit and use it for our betterment .Its we who did it.
And then I have my heart filled with gratitude and my heads lowered to salute this masterpiece called “Homo sapiens” which had the ability of doing such things that it no doubt propagates “Nothing is impossible” .
Don’t know whether God exists, if yes which form where n why ?
But know for sure that his creation “Man “exists and has every reason to be worshiped. For it is this very creature which has the power of understanding the untaught and developing the unknown .A true black hole where knowledge came in and got trapped only to be bounced further and amplified for new changes.
At this point, I totally agree with all the ancient philosophies and the legends or rituals which lay infinite power with human and claim that the massive energy contained within the flesh and bones so governed is nothing but another revelation to the “Divine” .
True as it seems to me the human mind has powers totally incomprehensible .Just look at the domains it has mastered science, music, language, philosophy, architecture and endless list. And each in itself is another vast and uncovered ocean. Even geniuses like Einstein and Newton had confine all lives to only one small fraction of one of the innumerable fields.
And then I know there lies a source of infinite energy within me as I belong to a real special cult “The human race”. And for that matter all those who come across this piece of work must believe in this .For this stands as an irrefutable truth. Believe in the specialty of mankind and hence believe in yourself to work out for all you want.
