When you are being slow-
Your boss says –“We cant afford laggards .You have to improve your speed..”
When you try to be fast-
Your boss complains –“Patience is a virtue ..These youngsters want everything at a click “
When you don’t bother who the person next to you is
Boss—“You are such an introvert ,need to interact with people “
When you greet people and have a “Hi “ for them-
Boss—“Better concentrate on work ,rather than spreading your social network “
When you ask doubts
Boss—“You are so stupid .Concentrate on the important things .Dont bother me with such silly questions of yours “
When you don’t—
Boss—“These things are for your benefit .Why are you sleeping .Wake up and clarify the points “
In a meeting ,when your silent
Boss—“If you don’t throw light ,how are we going to address your problems.”
When you raise your concerns
Boss—“We have our own limitations , sorry but we cant help you in this regard”
When you are late due to work pressure
Boss—“You need to work upon your efficiency .There are many more projects to be handled to you .This speed wont work .”
When you finish early
Boss—“I swear , never in my life I have seen anyone so eager to go home this early “
When you arrive a bit late
Boss –“Has your clock started losing time ? Need to be before time .This wont be tolerated again”
When you are on time
Boss--“ Need not come so early ,the work comes only after 12 :00 noon “.You can go for coffee”
When you consult him before doing
Boss—“Learn to be independent , no more spoonfeeding now “
When you start being independent
Boss—“How dare you do such a blunder .Need to check with me before every step “
When you are serious
Boss—“Why so serious ?? don’t spoil the atmosphere of the office .”
When you smile
Boss—“ Stop giggling for unnecessary reasons .Are you going crazy “
When you say ,”I don’t know this “
Boss—“You have to know “
When you ask “What is it ?”
Boss – “I don’t know !!! You cant expect me to know everything”
