Wrestler Sushil Kumar bags gold at World C’ships

New Delhi, Sep 13: Wrestler Sushil Kumar has created the history as he became the first Indian wrestler to win a gold medal in the World Wrestling Championships on Sunday, Sep 12 in Moscow.
The Haryana wrestler, Sushil who earlier became the only second Indian to win an Olympic medal when he grabbed a bronze at Beijing Games in 2008 and now followed it up by overcoming Russia’s Gogaev Alan 3-1 in the final of the 66kg freestyle event.
